The Liberty-Perry Alumni Association (LPAA) is most proud to announce the winners of the four 2021 LPAA Scholarships, to the following Wapahani High School seniors.
The 2021 Alyssa Anne Couch Scholarship winner is Madison Renee’ Thompson, daughter of Jay and Kristy Thompson. Madison will be attending Ball State University to major in Clinical Sports Psychology. Her career goal is to become a Clinical sports Psychologist to help athletes with issues while playing sports.
The 2021 Selma Bluebirds Memorial Scholarship winner is Madison Renee’ Thompson, daughter of Jay and Kristy Thompson. Madison will be attending Ball State University to major in Clinical Sports Psychology. Her career goal is to become a Clinical sports Psychologist to help athletes with issues while playing sports.
The 2021 Wapahani Alumni Scholarship winner is Sophia Diane Ireland, daughter of Steven and Rebekah Ireland. Sophia will be attending Ivy Tech Muncie for two years, to study Cosmetology. Her career goal is to become a certified Cosmetologist. She intends on working at Hair Matterz Salon, upon her Ivy Tech graduation. She will then attend Ball State University (BSU) and major in Business Administration. After graduating from BSU, she would then be set to develop her own salon.
The 2021 Morton A. Lambert Scholarship is Andrew Shrock. Andrew will be attending Michigan Technological University to major in Electrical Engineering. His career goal is to become an Electrical Engineer. He wants to learn how a solar panel converts sunlight into electricity and how a wind turbine converts kinetic energy into electricity. His future of learning is endless.
